9178be576b color-picker library change and hsv format support (#1072) 
* sl-color-picker use lib '@ctrl/tinycolor' instead of 'color'

typescript, esm and smaller

* parseColor adjustments

removed normalizeColorString and other tweaks

* added hsv format

* fixed const
