Litestream lightweight read-replicas
This package implements the EXPERIMENTAL "litestream" SQLite VFS
that offers Litestream lightweight read-replicas.

Our PRAGMA litestream_time accepts:
- Go duration strings
- SQLite time values
- SQLite time modifiers 1 through 13
